 Initial treatment and foot assessment will cover everything from nail trim & file with any further treatment of the feet & nail, parring verrucas, reducing callus or nail. Client ailments can range from arthritis, neurological problems, mobility problems, diabetes and much more.With an option of a specific Reflexology treatment based on your assessment of what is going on for you that day. 

There after, a regular treatment plan can be established to give an inclusive and often luxurious aim to create healthy prognosis, apply preventative methods whilst being synchronous with a mighty fine pamper! 

You will leave feeling refreshed and comfortable.

Objective: To determine whether reflexology therapy--the application of manual pressure to reflex points on the ears, hands, and feet that somatotopically correspond to specific areas of the body--can significantly reduce premenstrual symptoms compared to placebo treatment.

Conclusion: These clinical findings support the use of ear, hand, and foot reflexology for the treatment of PMS.
